We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from InOutSnackz. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

You are still within the first 30 days of your order being shipped.Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and intact). Gift boxes, mystery boxes, gift cards and sale items are non-refundable! Please get in touch with us if you'd like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once we receive the returned order). Please allow up to 4-6 business days for the refund to fully process. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
