On July 21, 2025, around 1:20 PM, InOutSnackz experienced a small fire near our store unit. We want to be fully transparent and keep our community informed.
What Happened
While inside the unit, our owner Kush noticed a burning smell and immediately checked throughout the store. At the time, there were no visible flames or signs of fire inside. Thankfully, no one was harmed in the incident.
Shortly after, a mechanic nearby alerted Kush that there was an active fire on the exterior side of the building. An off-duty firefighter also happened to be in the area and quickly called the fire department, who arrived on scene and handled the situation.
Damage Report
While the fire itself was contained, most of our inventory was damaged due to smoke exposure. As a result, we had to remove a large portion of our stock.

Temporary Storefront Closure
Due to the damage, our physical storefront will be temporarily closed. The building requires renovations, and the Landlord is currently working on obtaining permits. This process may take approximately 6–8 months before work can begin and be completed.
