Every box is curated with snacks and drinks from countries across Asia, Europe, the UK, Australia and more. The specific countries vary with each box — that's part of the fun.

The Mini Box contains 10-14 snacks and drinks. The Classic Box contains 15-20. The Ultimate Box contains 25+ full size snacks and drinks.

We hand-pick every item with discovery in mind. Our team sources unique and hard to find products that aren't available in Canadian mainstream stores — so the chances of getting something you've seen before are very low. If you do reorder any mystery boxes no box will be the same it'll be different.

All products in our boxes are commercially packaged with ingredient labels. However we cannot guarantee allergen-free boxes as our inventory includes products from multiple countries with varying labeling standards. If you have severe allergies please reach out to us before ordering.

We ship across Canada. Orders typically arrive within 1-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping on orders over $69.

We stand behind every box we send. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us at crunchtime@inoutsnackz.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. BUT PLEASE LOOK AT OUR DAMAGE, LOSS, OR MISSING ITEMS POLICY

You have 3 days to return an item once it has been delivered. Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and intact). Gift boxes, mystery boxes, gift cards and sale items are NON -REFUNDABLE! Please get in touch with us if you'd like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once we receive the returned order). Please allow up to 4-6 business days for the refund to fully process.
